INPEACE is preparing to build and launch an Education and Sustainability Center, establishing a permanent presence in Kapolei, expanding services to the area and increasing the impact of our statewide organization. We are embarking on a Capital Campaign to bring new and exciting programs to the community.
INPEACE was established in 1994 and is committed to improving the quality of life for children and families through community partnerships that provide educational opportunities and promote self-sufficiency. In 2016, we served more than 5,000 individuals statewide.
The Education and Sustainability Center will also have a direct impact to community accessing services which include:
-School readiness through two-generation early childhood education and kindergarten transition to help our keiki succeed in school
-Help community members attain college degrees for a stronger workforce
-Provide support and shared spaces for community-based, start-up businesses to succeed
-Helping families strengthen their finances for sustainability and economic well-being
-Increase healthy options through a homegrown café and fitness facilities
-Work with families to address barriers and provide resources to promote family well-being
-Provide ‘āina-based education to teachers, students and community members to strengthen their appreciation and connection to Hawai‘i nei
Your donation can be made directly on our website www.inpeace.org at the top of our home page. The Hawaiian Way fund is assisting us in the collection of the funds. 100% of your donation will go towards this project.
